Capital Growth

Application has been successful!!!
Capital Growth is a partnership initiative between London Food Link, the Mayor of London Boris Johnson, and the Big Lottery's Local Food Fund. The University has successfully registered to join the scheme which is intended to encourage people to grow their own food in urban areas that were unused. The scheme was developed to help council estate dwellers to grow food in a social way. We plan to roll out several spaces but want to start by using the Chiswick Sports Ground as the first tester allotment. This is an exciting project which will involve staff and students and bring the two together for a common purpose.
