Information Compliance
Introduction to Information Compliance
A variety of regulations now govern what types of information the University of Westminster can collect. These regulations also prescribe how the University should use information, how the University should keep it and who the University should share it with.
Increased regulation has ushered in new rights for the public and new responsibilities for the University. Inevitably this has implications for the University's working practices and record keeping procedures.
The headings below represent some of the main areas in which we all have to take care to conform to regulations, licence conditions and the law. The links lead to more information and guidance.
