Dr Miles Thomas works as a Registered Educational Psychologist with a Local Authority Child and Community Psychology Service and as an Academic and Professional Tutor on the Doctorate in Child and Educational Psychology at the University of East London. He runs the website www.winepsych.com and is currently writing a book for Wiley on psychology and wine. Topics for the seminar will include the socio-cultural relevance of wine, health and epidemiological issues, sensory research, cognition and contextual factors influencing enjoyment.
