Contacting us for Advice
Student Advice and International Student Adviser:
If you have a quick query you can speak with the Duty Adviser by phone during the office opening hours. If your query is complex and cannot be dealt with by the Duty Adviser, an appointment will be offered. You will usually be seen within a day or two, except during peak periods (this will reflect demand).
You can also email enquiries to us at studentadvice@westminster.ac.uk Please include your student reference/admissions number and your mobile number in case we need to contact you by phone. If you have a visa query, please also attach a scanned copy of your passport and current visa.
The Visa Clinic
If you are applying to extend your student visa and would like your visa application checked you should come to the Visa Clinic. This is held every Wednesday and Friday. The Visa Clinic is by appointment only so please telephone us to book an appointment in advance. You can also find information about visas and visa extensions here.
